TechStep Virtual Mentoring Program

The TechStep Virtual Mentoring Program allows IPS mentors to connect with mentees through flexible, web-based platforms to provide:

Professional coaching
Resume and interview preparation
Career navigation guidance
Ongoing encouragement and support

This model allows our mentors to meet mentees where they are—virtually, across time zones, and on flexible schedules.
